  Horrible customer service. The lady that took our order was super rude and couldn't take the order over the phone so I placed the order online and when I went to pick it up it was totally wrong. Apparently there was nothing she could do and we ended up paying for an order that we didn't even place. To top it all off we found a hair on our pizza. Disgusting. The customer service will have us never returning.

  I ordered a pzone and a arrabiatta pizza and wasn't overly happy. The pizza was okay really nothing special and the crust taste worst then usual. The pzone was terrible, absolutely no sauce on the inside and barley had any flavor. It basicly was a dough covered pepperoni. They didn't even give my 2 dips to at least give it moister and taste. Never buying from pizza hut again They are just always screwing up and charging u for it

  Well I should have checked the reviews before I ordered, so it's my fault for buying from this location. Ordered chicken wings and chicken bites. Sauce on the side, honey garlic. Pick up the wings and ask where the side sauce is. She said it was in the packages. Get home, both wings and bites covered in hot sauce. Great. Phone up location and explain to the lady what happened. She wanted me to drive back but I was home for night. I know, amazing, some people want to actually be able to relax after work. The lady said she would leave a note so I could pick up some the next day. She took my name. Went in, lady at the front desk was very kind, but couldn't find anything about the order. She asked for the receipt which I didn't have. She said "Well, I guess I'll have to take it on faith." I ask for the same order. Get home, chicken drowning in sauce. I didn't check, again. For all intents and purposes, this place is dead to me. And if you have any other choice, do yourself a favor and take it.

  Firstly they wouldn't deliver to me because I am literally 150 feet beyond their delivery boundary...ok, rules are rules. Secondly I go and pick up the pizza and the it was way over-cooked. The crust and pepperoni were blackened! The price isn't great to begin with and as a man who can consume 3/4 of a pizza on average, I ate one slice...I needed to try the stuffed crust!
