  Great experience here today; they were training a rookie on till, but they were fantastically friendly and plowed through the line as fast as they could. looking forward to my next trip out this way!

  Barista Bailey has the worst customer service. At Starbucks they are usually happy to make your drink with your modifications. Well don't go to Parksville and expect to have your drink made correctly or have good service if Bailey is on bar. Drink was specified with no foam but was made as a Cappuccino (mostly foam). So I asked for the drink with no foam. The response i got from Bailey (rudely and yelling) was "that has no foam i don't know what you want because there is no foam on the drink and the milk settles." my response was that every other store seems to be able to make the drink with no foam. As an ex partner i am aware of starbucks standards and the service i received is far from starbucks quality. I told her that as a ex partner i am aware how the drink can be made. The response to that was "well i work here there is your drink now good bye" i then asked to speak to the manager her reaponse to that was "sure i would love to see how this goes" the way it was said was as if she feels she did nothing wrong. This in itself is also sad to experience. Customer service is not what it used to be. I understand people have bad days but this is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately at the time the manager was not in and as a customer passing through town i am unable to speak directly with the manager. This is my first ever online review and it is only being done as I am so appalled at the service from bailey at this location. I hope she is just having a bad day and this was a one time thing but regardless customers should not be treated the way Bailey seems to think is ok.

  Was clean. The staff were quite busy while we were there and they were reasonably efficient.

  We had our first date at a Starbucks in Ontario 10 years ago ... our visit to Parksville celebrated the 10th anniversary of that first date ... great coffee and friendly staff - Thanks!!
